1. Overview
TNNSHEAD is a brand operated by Tennis Head LLC, a California limited liability company (“Tennis Head,” “TNNSHEAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information from and about users of our Service:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us.
- Automatically when you use the Service.
Information You Provide
- Name, email address, birthday, gender, and location
- Uploaded videos or other training content
- Optional player association or coach contact information
- Tennis event information (e.g., registration, results) if shared or entered into the app
You may also provide information for publication or display (“Posted”) on public areas of the app or websites you access through the Service (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Service, including when you download, access, or use the Service, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device and your browsing and usage activity and patterns, including:
- Usage Details. When you access and use the Service, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Service, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Service.
- Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
- Stored Information and Files. The Service also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
- Location Information. This Service does not collect real-time information about the location of your device.
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites, apps, or other online services (behavioral tracking). To opt out of behavioral tracking on or through the Service, use the function provided through your browser.
The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include:
- Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone or browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Service.
- Web Beacons. Pages of the Service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).
Except as set forth above, we do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie non-personal information collected automatically to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us.
Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at legal@tnnshead.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Service, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Service users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Service, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.
Residents in certain states, such as California, may have additional personal information rights and choices.
Child Accounts
If a parent or guardian invites a child to use the Service, we collect the child’s name, email, and uploaded training videos as part of the account setup managed under parental consent. Before a child may access an account, the parent must complete the required consent form.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts.
- Provide and improve the Service and its features.
- Deliver video analysis and personalized insights.
- Send service updates, newsletters, and marketing emails (which you can opt out of anytime).
- Respond to support and deletion requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Service and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Service according to your individual interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you when you use the Service.
User-generated content (such as videos) is used only within the platform and never sold, publicly displayed, or used for marketing without your permission.
4. AI Features
Our Service may process certain content through AI technologies provided by third parties, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. These systems help analyze video performance and generate recommendations for improved tennis play, tennis event selection, and so on. Use of AI features is also subject to those providers’ privacy policies and terms, which may update independently of ours. We do not sell or share user data for AI model training outside the Service. In certain cases, the AI features may capture and utilize physical characteristics of the subjects for performance feedback.
5. Sharing of Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service, including:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Authentication and account-management tools
- Payment processors
- Analytics providers
- AI technology partners
In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Tennis Head’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Tennis Head about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- With your consent.
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Terms of Service, and for billing and collection.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tennis Head, our customers, or others.
Our providers may only use data to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Parental Rights and Child Privacy
The Service may contain content appropriate for children under the age of 13. To the extent required by applicable law, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for all applicable child accounts.
As a parent, you should know that through the Service, children under the age of 13 may participate in activities that involve the collection or use of personal information. We use reasonable efforts to ensure that before we collect any personal information from a child, parents or legal guardians must provide verifiable consent before a child under 13 uses the Service. We also may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of users between 13 and 18 years old. In some cases, this means we may be unable to provide certain functionality of the Service to these users. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and applicable law requires consent from a parent, we may require a parent’s consent before we collect and use that information. We may ask a user to verify their date of birth before collecting any personal information from them. If the user is under the age of 13, the Service will be either blocked or redirected to a parental consent process.
A parent who has already given the Company permission to collect and use his child’s personal information can, at any time:
- Review, correct or delete the child’s personal information
- Discontinue further collection or use of the child’s personal information

7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to operate the Service or meet legal requirements. Users or parents may request deletion of their account and data at any time by emailing legal@tnnshead.com.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Service. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Service.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Service. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures included through the Service.
9. Your Rights (U.S. Residents)
Many states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information.
- Access and delete certain personal information.
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).
- Data portability.
- Opt-out of personal data processing for:
- targeted advertising (excluding Iowa);

- profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Iowa and Utah).
- Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data or process personal data of minors under 18, 17, or 16 years old.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, it is our policy to notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the App’s home page.
